Before going out in the sun, apply a generous amount of sunscreen (for example, about 6 sprays on the forearm)*.

Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towel-drying, or sweating.
3. TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST THE SUN

Don’t stay in the sun too long, even if you’re using sunscreen. Too much sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt).
