Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, an average of 6 sprays on the forearm)*.
Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towel-drying, or sweating. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, sunglasses, T-shirt).
