The two French students had in mind the ambition of reinventing a product that is found in all women's handbags: hand cleaning gel! A product abandoned by industries, they wanted to “glamorize” it by making it attractive. They gave it a touch of pep with color, an irresistible smell, a soft touch and that’s it! The product was a real hit and very quickly became a Best-Seller for the brand!
The two friends did not stop there, they tried to expand their range of products and enjoyed real success throughout the world. The company remains based in France. From a small team, he now finds himself managing more than 25 people.
Why the name “Merci Handy”? It’s a mix between a French word and an English word that rhymes. Handy in English means “practical” in French. Eager to make the brand known around the world, they gave it a name that was both English and French.
What is the brand's philosophy? According to them, “only one idea in mind: to add color to your day.” Their slogan reflects their desire: to bring a touch of fun and not take themselves seriously. They pour a lot of humor through their brand. Through products, they want to re-enchant people's daily lives, make them more wonderful and more colorful. They invite us to immerse ourselves in a magical, imaginary universe where we find unicorns: the brand's favorite animals!
Thank you Handy is now known around the world with products that adapt to local customs. The two friends created a single Instagram account because they want to bring together people from all countries.
